3. Redeem Rewards - Once you reach a reward threshold, you can redeem your points for vouchers to use on future purchases.

How do I earn Buzz Points?
Buzz Points are automatically added to your customer account after eligible purchases. Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, online or in-store. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance.
Where can I see my points balance?
You’ll be able to view your Buzz Points balance within your customer account. Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Once you reach a reward threshold, your voucher becomes available to redeem at checkout. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order.
Do my Buzz Points expire?
Yes, they will automatically expire within 12 months of the voucher becoming live.
